Seniors A2Z is deeply committed to respecting the privacy and security of all Users of our website.
We do not monitor, track or record any single individual’s use of the Site with the intention of individually identifying you, nor do we ever disclose or sell any personally identifiable User information to any third parties.
When you visit our website strictly for the access of information and you do not wish to store any of the information you have accessed for future sessions, you always remain anonymous. Should you decide you wish to open what we call a “Notebook Account” in order to store useful information you have accessed for future use when you return to the Site, we ask you to provide us with a user name, a valid email address, a password and a default location for your search criteria – all of which you determine and provide. As a User, you are never required to provide any information with the intent to personally identify you.
Cookies
Our website does track some information about our Users, but again, nothing that that is intended to identify you individually or personally. We use cookies, which are simple text files. We track information to better understand how Users use our site and to help maintain as valuable a set of website content for your needs as possible. For example, we track the date and time of access, types of browsers and operating systems being used, how many Users we have, for what purpose, etc.
From time to time, some sub-set of non-identifiable User data may be disclosed to third parties (for example, potential advertisers or content providers, to help them better understand the types and numbers of visitors we experience). In all cases, such data will only be presented in the aggregate, never including individually identifying information. Only when it is necessary to comply with law enforcement authority requests might we supply any greater level of tracked information.
E-mails
From time to time you may choose to send us an email with some questions or observations about the site. At such time, we may maintain your email address to: (1) be able to respond to your request or question or (2) for subsequent addition to a mailing list for any newsletter services we may choose to provide, and to share announcements about site improvements and changes.
Should we send you a newsletter, you will always have the option to opt out of (unsubscribe) the service at any time. Additionally, we will never sell or share, in any way, with any outside parties, any User mailing list we might develop.
It is important to understand that emails are not a secure method of communication. We strongly urge you not to send any confidential information to us by email. As such, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your sending of (sensitive) information via email may be intercepted by a third party at any time.
